Privacy Policy:
Virtual Seating is the sole owner of the information collected
on this site. We only have access to/collect information that
you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact
from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding
the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information
with any third party outside of our organization, other than
as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you
submit sensitive information via the website, your information
is protected both online and offline. Unless you ask us not
to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you
about specials, new products or services, or changes to this
privacy policy.
Terms:
All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We accept
all major credit cards or certified checks as method of payment.
Merchandise held in the warehouse for more than 15 days at
a customers request will require a 50% deposit.
Availability of Stock:
Due to our large factory we do have most items in many colors
in stock & in large quantities. Virtual Seating does not
guarantee availability of all items shown on this website.
Certain items may be discontinued by our manufacturer without
notice. We will try to keep the website as current as possible.
Returns:
No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization
from Virtual Seating. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking
fee (20% restocking fee for Hand painted Collection.) unless
the error is ours. If a defect is noticed, it should be reported
to Virtual Seating within 10 days of arrival. We will be happy
to send you a replacement at no charge.
How to return an item:
1. Contact Virtual Seating.com customer service department
by phone or e-mail to obtain a return number.
2. Mark the box clearly with return authorization number.
3. Ship the item back via UPS/DHL or USPS to the address given
to you by our representative.
Virtual Seating is not responsible for returns that are
lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for
items received back in our warehouse after inspection. Shipping
and handling charges are non-refundable.
Most 24”counter stools are non- returnable (except
for damage) since they are custom cut.
Closeout items are non-returnable.
Items Returned More Than 30 Days After Receipt Will Not Be
Refunded.
Virtual Seating will always please our customers
and give them 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
Checks: Prepayment may be made via check,
money order or by wire transfer. While we attempt to bank
approve checks for immediate shipment, this may not always
possible and we may hold your order for approval.
Credit Cards Payment: Virtual
Seating accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Please provide
the credit card billing address if different from the shipping address and daytime/evening
phone number. If the billing address does not match that which is on file at the
financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we cancel
the order. Sales Tax: Virtual Seating collects sale tax
on orders in the state of New Jersey. Also, certain factories charge sales tax
on ship direct orders into New Jersey states. Ask your Sales Representative for
details.
Shipping Information: Orders for in-stock
merchandise ship within 48 hours. For your convenience we
have estimated freight at 23% of the merchandise value. Orders
to the Pacific Northwest States such as California may incur
additional shipping charges. If your shipping charge will
be higher than stated we will contact you before processing
your order. Exact freight quotes are available from our sales
staff. Our experienced sales representative will determine
the best shipping method. For faster delivery methods, air
delivery options are available for an additional charge. Requests
for parcel post shipments may incur additional fees. Please
note the normal shipping does not include lift gate service
or inside delivery. Be sure to have enough help available
to assist with unloading truck carrier shipments.
All merchandise should be inspected by the consigner upon
arrival. The carrier (freight or trucking company) is responsible
for the safe delivery of goods. If boxes arrive damaged please
refuse the shipment & contact Virtual Seating.
Pricing, Descriptions and Images: All prices,
picture and descriptions in this and all Virtual Seating and
transmitions are subject to change without notice. Please
contact us within 30 days regarding pricing or promotions
discrepancies.
